Christmas card received
This year, Kristanna will not celebrate Christmas at The
LoveApple Farm as she use to, but be joining her family
on a special place in Mexico over the holidays. The Loken
family usually celebrate Christmas in the
Norwegian tradition, serving a big Christmas eve feast
of such foods as "lutefisk and lefse". After
the holidays, Kristanna will return to the set of "The
Ring" (former working title) and continue her filming.
On the card it was also written: "The website looks
great!"
On behealf of all Kristanna fans and my self, I wish her
father Chris, mother Rande, sister Tanya and her self
the Joys of Christmas and many Blessings in the New Year.

True Facts About "The
Ring" (former working title)
Uli Edel's "The Ring" (former working title) is based
on the anonymous 13th Century Germanic epic poem "The
Nibelungenlied".
Wide-Spread Incorrect Facts
1. "The Ring" (former working title) is inspired
by Richard Wagner's opera "The Ring Cycle" and J.R.R.
Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings."
— Obviously not true.
2. "The Ring" (former working title) is based on
Richard Wagner's epic four-opera cycle, which itself was
based on a Germanic myth that also inspired J.R.R. Tolkien
to write The Lord of the Rings." — This is also not
true, "The Ring" (former working title) is not
based on Richard Wagner's epic four-opera cycle. It is
the Nibelungen saga itself that inspired Tolkein and Wagner,
not the other way around.

Kristanna to star
in "The Ring" (former working title)
Kristanna Loken will next star in the fantasy-adventure
feature film "The Ring," (former working title) along side
Benno Furmann ("The Order") and Alicia Witt ("Two Weeks
Notice") in the production of mythic Teuton tale based on
the Germanic myth abou the ring of the Nibelungs, which
inspired Richard Wagner's opera "The Ring Cycle" as well
as J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings."
Based on one of Europe's favourite classic tales, "The Ring"
(former working title) will draw from the unanimous appeal
of the original saga of Seigfried the dragon- slayer, which
inspired J.R.R. Tolkien's THE LORD OF THE RINGS, and Richard
Wagner based his opera cycle on.
Kristanna will portray Brunnhild, daughter of the god Odin
and she will start shooting Monday, November 17 in Cape
Town, South Africa for director Uli Edel and a Diane Duane
and Peter Morwood script. The story is of a simple swordsmith's
son who repeatedly saves his country, not knowing that he
is heir to a throne. Also starring are Julian Sands and
Max von Sydow.

New Wembaster
Kristanna.com was recently on hiatus since the person
running the site (during my extended vacation) has left
the position to pursue other interests. Kristanna.com
has not been updated for a while, but don't you worry,
I have offered my assistance and will be keeping up my
work from earlier :-) As soon as I receive news updates
on Kristanna's life from her publicist Jeff Raymond, I
will share it with you.
If you are not familiar with Kristanna.com's history,
I'll give you a short Update: Kristanna.com was registered
by me April 10, 2002. In June 2003, I asked Kristanna
to take this successful fan page over. Since I was going
away on a long vacation. This design is from the past
webmaster. I never got the chance to transfer the domain,
so I am still the owner and will remain the owner.
Latest News
Kristanna is currently reading several feature film projects
and has one she really likes. She will next be seen on
the December 2003 cover of FHM as their "Breakout Star".
This was recently shot at Love Apple Farm. The "Terminator
3" DVD/VHS comes out in the states on November 11, 2003.

Huge Impact at the
Terminator 3 US Premiere
Kristanna made a huge impact at the US Premiere of Terminator
3 in Weswood, CA this past Monday. After arriving with her
family, Kristanna was greeted by her closest friends who
were waiting on the red carpet. The star smartly handled
the cheering fans, on-camera interviews, bullish security
guards and exasperated paparazi as if she were born for
the moment. Once in the art deco movie theater, she sat
along side her proud father, right in front of Arnold Schwarzenegger
and Maria Schriver. The obligatory after party was peerless
in its grandeur, a virtual smorgasbord of audio visual stimuli.
Kristanna took the VIP table next to Arnold's and the party
revolved around the two movie stars' energy and charisma.
Kristanna was only able to stay two hours before she was
flown privately to Tokyo for the hugely important Japanese
premiere.

No Rest for Kristanna
Just back from a whirlwind trip to NYC for interviews, media
and publicity, Kristanna hardly has time to rest. With her
family and special friends in town for the premiere of Terminator
3 on Monday, Kristanna is busier than ever. The excitement
should steadily build to a climax at the premiere in Hollywood
where Kristanna will walk the red carpet. The star won't
have much time to schmooz after the film, though; she'll
be whisked away to Japan for the soon-to-follow Asia Pacific
release of Terminator 3.
